We have recently completed relaying the slate floor to the Baroque Chapel at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham for Merrion Contracting, The floor was laid during the renovation of the Hospital in the mid 1980’s and recently lifted to allow underfloor heating to be installed. We have used an unbonded and reinforced screed for re-laying with lime mortar used a grout for the 200+ M2.

As the scaffolding comes down from core two and three Elanora Court on the Long Mile Road in Walkinstown we are starting work to core one. The main cladding is Moleanos with Negro CAO polished granite plinth.

January 2023, We just completed this feature sign to Blackwood Square for the Cosgrave Group, the material is 40mm shotblasted Negro Cao Granite from Portugal fixed to a blockwork structure.

Work on our Larian Studio project in New Bride Street is now well underway, the material for this project is Gascoigne Beige over a plinth of Amarelo Real Granite, Architects for this intricate project are DMOD with Bracegrade as main contractors.

We have recently completed the supply and fix of Portuguese Limestone cladding and Granite plinth to Barn Elms Churchtown for the Cosgrave Group. Before the completion of the development we will be supplying Irish Blue Limestone solid plinth for the boundary railings.

With block B completed earlier this year we are shortly due to start on block A for Jackie Green Construction. The material is Moleanos Limestone and the architects are MCORM.

We completed the stone cladding to building 4 in May 2022 which also mark’s 25 year’s for us working with the Cosgrave group, we now have over 40 completed projects with the lads and are looking forward to the next 40.

We recently completed a polished granite entrance surround for McEleney Homes at Strand Road Bray along with a complete restoration of the original entrance steps. The sandblasted and painted lettering gives the entrance a well deserved lift.
