Its mid August and we have just completed the supply and fix of 600m2 of honed Moca Crème limestone cladding and capping for Clonmel Enterprises at the entrance to the latest section of Grange Castle Business Park.

2 containers of Zira Grey Granite arrive from Portugal in October 2020 with work on site commencing on delivery, the project involves the supply and fix of 40mm cladding over 70mm chamfered plinth with integrated chamfered cills, to the parapet 90lm of 550mm high cladding complete with capping. All material is polished.

June 2020 and the first of 8 containers of Moleanos cladding arrives on site for block 3 Cheevers which forms part of Cosgrave’s CULANOR development near Dunlaoghaire. Fixing on site commences in late June with a completion date of March 2021.

Production of the Jura Beige Limestone cladding was completed in Kaldorf Germany during lockdown 1 and delivered to site in May & June 2020 to allow fixing commence once level 5 restrictions were lifted. Work on site was completed in September 2020.

Work is nearing completion for us at the Rotunda where we have been busy with the supply and fix of flamed Branco Micaela Granite cladding, capping and roof paving to the MV switch room and Traffo switch and stores, all cladding is 40mm thick with prefabricated quoins to all external corners
